The ESSENCE Festival of Culture is thrilled to announce the launch of its WEB ESSENCE Film Festival, a celebration of the impact and creativity of Black content creators.
EMBRACING DIGITAL STORYTELLING AND INSPIRATION
The WEB ESSENCE Film Festival will showcase short films, documentaries, and web series that explore the unique perspectives and experiences of the Black community. The festival aims to provide a platform for emerging filmmakers and inspire audiences with thought-provoking and entertaining content.
The inaugural WEB ESSENCE Film Festival will take place during the Essence Festival of Culture in New Orleans this July. Submissions are now open for filmmakers who wish to share their stories and connect with a global audience.
